The School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Indianapolis invites applications for a ten-month, visiting faculty position to begin August, 2010.  Responsibilities include teaching graduate and under-graduate classes and providing some School and University service.  Preference will be given to persons with a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program.  Applicants should show potential or demonstrated accomplishments in teaching and scholarship. The School currently has fifteen full-time faculty and has master’s and APA-accredited PsyD programs in clinical psychology.  For more detailed information about the School, faculty and University, visit our website (  Indianapolis is the 12th largest city in the U.S. and offers a rich diversity of cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities.  The university, with an enrollment of 4,900 students, is a private, comprehensive liberal arts institution located 10 minutes from downtown.  Applicants should submit a statement of teaching and scholarly experience and interests, a statement of clinical experience and interests, Curriculum Vitae, and three letters of recommendation.  If available, evidence of teaching effectiveness and copies of any pre-prints or reprints should be included.
